X-editable allows text on a page to be edited without loaded a large JS file responsible for the WYSIWYG editor.
X-editable allows any text to be edited inline (in-place) via simple AJAX calls and the use of simple "Save/Cancel" buttons.
The plugin comes in three versions: one which works with Twitter\'s Bootstrap front-end framework, one that works with jQuery UI and one that works with jQuery alone.
Demos for all versions, along with documentation is included in the download package.
